Required Documents
Please bring the following with you so we can process your appointment on the spot.
Two (2) IDs
All applicants must present two ID documents. One must include a photograph AND signature (Driver's License, Passport, State ID).
Your ORI Number
The ORI number identifies the profession/agency your prints must be forwarded to. Bring it with you or we'll help you look it up.
Debit or Credit Card
Payment is processed at the time of service. Checks and cash are not accepted.

The organization has been created to facilitate decision taking and the forwarding of fingerprints for anyone who is required to present such information before any local or state government agency — DBPR, AHCA Clearinghouse, Real Estate Agents and property valuators, Insurance Agents, Healthcare Professionals, Children and Family Department, and any other entity that reviews applicants' records. We comply with all FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) requirements to be part of the LIVESCAN PROVIDER network in Florida, specifically in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding cities. We are conveniently located, no previous appointment is required, and we offer excellent rates. We also offer Notary Public services so our customers can complete their process in one place. Our staff is highly qualified in processing licenses of the Division of Hotels and Restaurants and the Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco (DBPR). We have forged a strategic alliance with CEV Services, a widely acknowledged company that has operated in Tampa Bay for over 10 years, preparing personal and business tax returns, payroll and other administrative services for small business.
